With the large number of students per day, we quickly realised that gowning all students on-site would take a lot of time, impeding on the overall graduation experience due to longer queues and waiting times.
In order to prevent this, we utilised our ecommerce practices to deliver our gowns to students in advance of their ceremony, which meant graduates could enjoy the use of their attire before their graduation day and have a better experience on the day of their graduation.
For any issues on the day, we arranged a large amount of highly-skilled staff members to cater to different areas of the graduation process, with a gowning team ready at hand to assist any students who needed assistance with their attire.
