Event Operative

Role Purpose

Responsible for the smooth and effective running of on-site logistics.

Summary

To support excellent customer service to all graduates and their families.

General Responsibilities

• Always represent Evess professionally, prioritising client (institution) satisfaction, and quality of customer (student and their guests) experience.

• Oversee health and safety throughout the event duration

• Execute onsite set up and de-rig logistics Works with the events crew for loading and unloading Stock Level Management - Ensuring stock is readily available for the upcoming ceremonies

• Returns - Managing the operations of returns (Cleaning process, restocking process)

• Filling in the staffing gaps where needed

1) You will be required to wear smart clothes, for example, a white-collared shirt, black trousers and black footwear. Black trainers are acceptable but only if they are in smart condition.

2) Mobile phones may be used as a tool to assist in the smooth running of Evess services but should not be used in front of clients, staff or graduates, so we maintain a professional and attentive environment.
