Role Purpose

To provide administrative support to the Client Retention and Customer Care team.

About the Role

Entry level role to learn aspects of business admin and providing customer support to our customers via email 
and telephone calls. To support events and provide ad hoc support to other departments when required.

Remit

Provides administrative support to Client Retention and Customer Care, plus other departments as required.

Duties

• All admin aspects of our business and learn about customer care
• Client liaison, communicating with customers and suppliers by answering phones & dealing with 
emails
• Answering phone queries, escalating when required
• Processing customer orders using accounting software
• Updating job flow management system
• Update job platforms and data entry
• Filing of receipts, emails and any other documents as required
• Ensuring orders are dispatched according to set procedures

Alongside these duties, you will be working towards gaining a globally recognised Level 3 Business Administration qualification.

Skills

• Confident
• Able to work on their own as well as part of their team
• Ability to multi-task
• Good IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Excel would be an advantage
• Team player
